The Staff were kind and had cheerful attitudes throughout my visit. The attending doctor, hygienist, and office manager were all incredibly helpful. Everything appeared clean and seemed well prepped, and the check-up process was very thorough. The wait time was not the greatest but completely understandable with the limited staff for multiple patients. Above all my experience was great!
I went to Aspen Dental with a bad tooth ache without an appointment and they took me in with a small wait to see the doctor. The person at the receptionist was very pleasant to speak to and helpful. When I get to the back everyone I meet was kind and the doctor was very informative of the problem and the path needed to take to correct any and all of my problems. I will go back to complete my care.
Perfect experience. Friendly staff from the front desk to the tech staff. Took care if my issues, made me feel calm and in good hands. I would highly recommend. Everything was explained completely.
Everyone was really nice, friendly and professional. They made me feel welcome. Their medical equipment is of high quality. And I loved how each receptionist, billing specialist, and tech I interacted with including the dentist, was knowledgeable and addressed all of my concerns. They're straightforward and provide resources to help you, if needed. They've put my mind at ease. Thank you all for everything! I will be giving everyone my recommendations!
I recently visited Aspen Dental for a routine dental check-up and cleaning, and I must say, it was an utterly disappointing experience. From start to finish, the service I received was not only unprofessional but also contradictory, leaving me with a sense of frustration and dissatisfaction.
