In December I scheduled an appointment for the beginning of March. After receiving two texts and two emails to confirm my appointment and responding to them, I got a message the day before my appointment that there was an issue. I had to call them to find out that it was because they wouldn’t have a dentist in the office that day and the receptionist said she “wasn’t really sure why they scheduled me an appointment” when there wasn’t going to be anyone there. Absolutely amazing. The women were so kind, caring, and thoughtful. Very careful of the pain I was having . Everyone that I talked to was patient and respectful and very thorough about everything they were doing and about any questions or concerns I had. I felt very comforted and cared for. Absolutely wonderful experience
Was so happy with everything the minute I walked thru the door. Was greeted by Emily at the front desk and she checked me in quick. Was called back on time. They all took time to explain what was going to happen and why. Great place!
I purchased the best dentures Aspen has. They broke 3 times in 7 years. Do not recommend this office in Grand Forks. If anyone needs this service use a local dentists office that takes pride in their services.
Grand Forks location - The dentist and hygienist were fine. The office is ran terribly though. They lost my first appt and then charged me for fluoride that I didn't want. Then, I never received my refund for it - even after calling to confirm they would process it. If they get a new office manager, I feel like the place could be solid.
