My 1st time here. What a fantastic experience. Had my new patient assessment, scale&deep clean & couple other things. (I knew I needed a scaling&deep cleaning) I asked if instead of doing quadrants if they could do my whole mouth at 1 time. The hygienist was able to do that. She was so gentle too. Definitely a fantastic experience.
Greeted by name and a smile. Got grays taken by a efficient and friendly 21 year old. Very good! Doctor gave me exam and we discussed what needs done quickly. Made an appt. For deep cleaning by hygienist next week. All this needs to be taken care of so I can have a safe surgery.
Karen was my dental hygienist, she was phenomenal at helping me get in quickly to get my mouth x-rays and she even made time for me to get a cleaning in the same day! I had walked in and got scheduled next day for x-rays and they made it so easy to get everything I wanted done right then. I would recommend anyone in the garland county area head over there.
Very friendly and helpful. Dr. Ross is a great Dentist and the other office staff are so helpful and nice. The hygienist is the best I've had clean my teeth. She educated me about the proper way to keep my oral care up to date.
I’m traveling through the area and suddenly have a terrible toothache. I thought my tooth was cracked. I made an appointment, they were able to take me the next morning. The office staff was super nice and helpful. The dentist was great, he was able to diagnose my problem and fix me right up. His dental assistant was friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this dental practice.
