A very pleasant experience. Staff was very friendly and nice.
Wonderful staff in the back. Caring understanding, and worked fast to help ease the pain I had. Even though it was the Dr. Birthday they fit me in to fix the pain. Front staff could be more aware of issues with patients and not be quite so rude upon check in.
This was my second visit to Aspen Dental in Kennesaw, GA and as usual the staff provided exemplary customer service from the time I walked in until the completion of my visit. Keep up the great work and Best Practice.
I would highly recommend Aspen Dental. I was in so much pain that I woke up at 1 in the morning & made an appointment for the very same day at 8 a.m.. I couldn't believe how quickly I was seen. They explained what my options were, broke down the prices of my options then allowed me to decide what procedures I wanted to proceed with. They never made me feel pressured to do anything other than what I wanted to do. They made myself & my husband very comfortable. Both the position and the staff are very nice and courteous and explained to me in detail what I was asking about in relation to extractions and a full upper denture I have used Aspen Dental before and was pleased then as I am now
