Always a amazing experience when I go . I've got two teeth removed now with them . Never once have I ever had such a awesome dentist. Didn't feel nothing never heard any cracking or popping. In an out very quick great staffing .
There are not enough in the Webster’s Dictionary to describe my experience today from checking-in to checking-out!!! I am talking about exceptional service! I was treated with the up-most respect, compassion & understanding!! They made me feel like they were listening to me when I spoke without rushing me up or interrupting me!! Highly recommend! Environment was nice but hygienist that I initially talked to presented a sales pitch rather than interest in my care. When she was done talking she made me feel as though all of my teeth were going to fall out before the end of the day. I'm sure I need the treatment but her presentation seemed like more of a sale. The Dentist was very professional and friendly he made me feel better because he was straight to the point about my care and didn't give me all the extra talk.
Friendly staff, short wait time, clean environment. Staff explains everything upfront and they take their time explaining the process and procedure. They made sure I was completely satisfied with the work they done for me before I left. Definitely will be using Aspen Dental Waycross Ga from now on.
It's been a long while since I've been to a dentist, measured in decades, not in years. Everybody here from the receptionist to the hygienist to the dentist to the billing department was amazing. They took the time to explain everything that was needed and how it would be carried out as well as pricing for everything before it was done.
