Staff is very friendly, and knowledgeable. The office is mostly good condition and clean, they just really need to get rid of all the waiting chairs and buy some new ones. Overall I was very pleased with my experience at Aspen Dental West Ashley. Now if y'all folks reading this will go out and vote Democrats into office so we can get universal health care for all citizens. This one visit will cost me as much as a new car.
I’m in town for a conference and the ease of scheduling an emergency appointment was great! The staff were all attentive and Dr Haase was exceptionally awesome!! (I really hope I got her name right - I was a little out of it!). I was worried being so far from home but she treated me like a patient she’s known for years and made me feel so comfortable, under the circumstances. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I went to Aspen for a third opinion. I rarely make decisions regarding finances without discussing with my family. I made the appointment for services before I left the office! After meeting Dr. Haase, Fatima & Janelle, I was 110% ready for the next step. I have received phenomenal care. My case is a little bit of a challenge due to injuries sustained in an auto accident. The team worked together and I once again have beautiful teeth. Thanks Aspen - West Ashley location!!
The staff front check desk to the doctors and supporting staff team like; dental assistant hygienist plus financial support staff are kind, caring, friendly and professional! I enjoy the fact I see the same doctors and support team at each of my yearly visits. Office, patient area and exam offices are clean, no orders, good light, and high technology in use. They lie when asked if the consult was free. They said it was no charge but when we was leaving I asked again she said they charged the insurance if we had any. Untruthful is very unprofessional. After getting a response from this post. I called the main office as I was asked to explain. No satisfaction. She said sorry nothing she can do to help me. They will charge your insurance for consultation. Be aware.
