Visiting from out of state and had a tooth causing me a lot of pain. The office staff were friendly and professional and provided a lot of assistance in working with my insurance. Dr. Rodriguez did an amazing job of identifying and treating the source of the pain. I was able to be seen in the morning and receive the treatment later the same day. I still enjoyed my vacation and could not have done so without the staff at Aspen Dental.
Went in today for an emergency problem with a front tooth. Already was feeling anxious about losing my front tooth. Dr Rodriguez made me feel so comfortable! The manager on staff was so comforting and everything just flowed!!! My hygienist was especially careful with my deep clean. I left feeling confident that the plan in place would get me to my goals. Professional, warm, and amazing service. Urgent care required on a holiday weekend without a preplanned appointment. Staff was caring, and focused on resolution immediately, for my health. Dr. Rodriguez delivered exceptional care and will be my dentist in the future. I only can say "thank you" and this is my personal experience, not a paid reply. After previously having had multiple bad experiences with the team that USED to be in place here I can confidently say that Dr Rodriguez and his current team are a dream team for dentistry. Heaven and Sabiha were absolutely wonderful and Dr Rodriguez himself did quite a lot to assuage my worries and fears. The staff are wonderful. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They truly care about their patients and will do all they can to help you get the care you need. The clinic is state of the art. Very clean. I am so happy my sister recommended them.
