First app after waiting months knowing I have infection. They canceled appointment. They rescheduled following and only did X-rays not even a cleaning to get cleaning you have to wait another month. I was scheduled to come back following month for tooth extraction. And once again they didn’t have me in the system. Luckily the one who schedule in person remembered me. My experience was absolutely phenomenal! I’ve not been to a dentist in a long time and was feeling very anxious going into my first appointment. The staff immediately helped to alleviate the anxiety with how friendly and professional they were! I walked out of my first appointment feeling as though I’d been going there for years, and — I never thought I’d say this — I look forward to going back to the dentist!
Had no problem getting an appointment. Everyone was very pleasant. My only disappointment was that they insisted on doing an x-ray when I was there to get get my bottom denture fixed so they would snap onto my implant. So it cost me an extra $150+ for a useless ex-ray.
I am someone that is very nervous at dentist office and I felt at ease while I was there. They were to the point to what needed done. They found out ways to help you when it comes to the boss. I am very happy with Aspen Dental.
Absolutely horrible staff and dentist. First, the switch board operators can't even get in contact with the office. All they can do is send emails. Whenever, someone from this office decides to follow-up up you get nothing resolve. The receptionist is nasty and she thinks she can speak for the doctor. I ask to have a message spent to my doctor and she pretty much wants to be the middle man unacceptable.
