After years of avoiding the dentists I could no longer ignore the care my teeth needed. Went in for the first time 3 weeks ago. Returned for my Third today. From teeth cleaning to a root canal and crowns followed by some fillings I swear I couldt tell you what I was afraid of. All of the staff is really proffesional and superb in the roles they fill to make aspen my go to for future oral needs. THANK YOU SO MUCH TO EVERYONE THERE!
My complaint is not regarding the Aspen service. When a Tooth broke or came loose. From my Top denture. The local office in Orland Park Illinois, promptly fixed it. I was also verbally told that. I had a seven-year warranty. On my dentures. When I asked to see. This warranty after three request they have not been able to provide me a written warranty for my records. Illinois is a contractual state. verbal agreements are not enforceable. Thanks. Vernon Lilly.
I went there after having a lot of tooth pain, I knew I would need root canals and had been putting it off for a long time. I’ve had dentists where the receptionists would mock patients who couldn’t afford to come back, and I at the time was definitely one of them. I have not been to a dentist in over 10 years. I went to Aspen because I noticed a cracked tooth on Saturday and I was able to book an 8 AM appointment on Monday. Turns out I needed my wisdom teeth pulled amongst a variety of other things due to neglect. They were all very kind and informative and have me on the right track with my dental care. I was in alot of pain before I went to Aspen Dental so I was soooooooo excited when I arrived and found they take walk-ins. My wait was not long and the entire staff was very nice. I appreciate how delicate they were with my mouth. Everything was explained to me with every move they made. I left feeling good knowing that I was right about my pain. THANKYOU ORLAND ASPEN DENTAL 💜
