The doctor was very informative and worked to make sure I understood every part of what she was doing. The hygienist was also very informative and explained every step. Pricing was decent especially for the work I had to complete. The office manager is personable and makes sure to work within your budget. All the staff members are friendly but professional
I had been going here for several years. No issues really until my last visit. My BCBS had always been in network and they had always told me it was. Then after my last visit once I received my bill they said my BCBS Dental was out of network and that I had to pay full price. I said that would have been nice to know before the service and that was never an issue before. Came here in January 2023 in a panic because I broke a tooth. They'll try to upsell more services than what you originally came in for. Just know you have options and should not feel forced to take all the procedures they want you to do. I opted out of a replacement tooth which saved me thousands. Had opted in for 6 fillings and 5 extractions(wisdom teeth and the broken tooth), plus a deep clean. Had one obvious pain and sensitivity to one of the fillings. I provided Aspen Dental with my social security number during my initial visit and a few days later I received notification from my bank and credit card companies that my information has now been leaked/found on the dark web. Could be just a timing coincidence but it was the first time I provided my social security number to someone in a very long time. I’m documenting it here in case it happens to others too.
I was not happy with this place. I went in for a root canal and they ended up pulling the tooth. And pulling the tooth they damaged the tooth next to it. I went in to see if they could help me with that and they wanted to charge me, almost $800 to put a patch on the tooth. They push crowns and root canals and other additional charges when they should not be doing that. I am very unhappy with this place and will never come back. I am finding a different dental place.
