My schedule is tight that's why I chose Aspen..I was assured it wouldn't be a problem. They've been paid in full and now I need to be seen because temps are rubbing my gums raw...also I had a tooth left behind causing me pain, and I have to wait another week to be seen. I realize this is a process but it shouldn't be this way. Not after the bill I paid. But what can you do but wait? I'm already out of pocket.
Made several visits to Aspen for implants & new Dentures. Worth every dollar. Dr & staff both were very nice, reassuring, & patient . I Love my new smile. Waited along time , years. Wish I would have went sooner. Dr Patel is Excellent !!!!!!! He's my guy.
Dr. Patel is so nice! We had such a good experience with my mom as Aspen Dental. She is in a wheelchair. Their office is accessible and everyone was It was worth the drive from Florence. My whole family will be going here moving forward.
Beware! I had a chipped tooth which I was told would have to be extracted and an implant put in place. First thing I got was a cleaning which appeared legit. I was told to schedule next to have my chipped tooth taken care of. The next appt. I went to the chair for work to be done, dentist told me unfortunately my temporary had not come in. He said he would pull the tooth but I would have a hole until he had what was needed to proceed. I told him to not pull until he had the replacement. Overall completely satisfied. One thing though... I was told my appointment would take 1 hour. I showed up 10 min early, and didn't get in until 45 min after my appointment time. Then took an hour to be over. Got to work late but at least my teeth are going to be fixed!
