💯 the worst most unprofessional dental office I’ve ever been too! This location robbed me because I wrote a bad Google review!! The couches in the waiting area have seen better days to boot. They look as if a hoard of cats live inside the office and use them like scratching posts. Don’t bother coming to this location or any other Aspen dental for that matter. Omg! This office is amazing. The staff is great. Dr Kim was the best and Sonia was absolutely fabulous. I didn’t get the names of everyone else, but they’re so much fun to talk to. I was nervous about trying a new doctor’s office and getting a filling, but everyone made me feel so comfortable! This is my home now.
Set an appointment, after a long process and being seen by a dentist, they quoted me almost $5000 for a deep clean and route canal. I laughed and left. Went to another local dentist and had the work done for less than $1000. I waited two years to post review so that I could say the work was excellent and I’ve had no problems since. This place is a straight ripoff.
I had an amazing experience in this office -- and that's a lot to say from someone who's been traumatized with dental experiences since childhood. Everyone from the front desk, to the dental assistants (Sonia and team), Dr. Kim, and the dental hygienist (Amanda) were very professional, approachable and efficient. 10/10 would recommend. Definitely coming back.
Always been hesitant going to the dentist due to horror stories. However, this location had wonderful staff. I need a tooth pulled for having a hole in it. Dr. Kim pulled it the same day as the exam visit. Completely painless. Billing is easy and straight forward. Definitely would recommend to others.
