I made an appointment off the call center for me and three of my children. The call center lady was trying to give us a really great deal and I didn’t ask for it but she was trying to help out and I am so grateful to her for that for even trying because a lot of people don’t and the rudest Lady decides that she’s gonna call mad at me like I forced the lady to tell me this all I wanted to know was a price get better Victoria there’s no reason to be rude to people none check your attitude before you call
My experience was great. The staff was very professional. And respectful. I even saw how patient the staff was with angry disrespectful customers. I am very pleased with the service and care that I received. The cost was affordable. And the service was quick and in a timely manner. Would I return ? Sure . Would I recommend Aspen Dental.? Yes I would.. Thanks you Aspen for putting a smile on my face again. 😊
Had the best experience the doctor who removed my tooth was so nice patient and not rough ty y'all so much for getting me in shot notice I will be back once I get some dental insurance for sure. Most amazing staff to all the nurses where amazing and that was my first time going to y'all.
I went in with horrible pain from my wisdom tooth. Well long story short it took forever for the dr to come into the room to see me and when he does the oral surgeon doesn’t even want to make time to extract my wisdom tooth because they were ready to leave for the day because they finished “early”. That’s ok though I wouldn’t want a poor job done anyway.
Best dentist office I’ve ever been too. The process too getting in as a first time patient was fast and easy. I told the doctor my goals I had for my teeth and the team got straight to the point with what I needed done and explained everything with fine details and answered any of my questions I had. I will be coming back and recommending Aspen Dental to anyone who needs dental care.
