My husband and I have both had excellent care at Aspen Dental in Shawnee. Everyone was super nice and worked with us to save us tge most money that we could. We highly recommend them!
April at the Aspen Dental in Shawnee is awesome!!! 🎯 I never had a cleaning that didn’t hurt but I didn’t have any pain and this cleaning was a deep one. The other office personnel was very nice
This location is absolutely horrible! They have no customer service skills at all! No one in the waiting room when I got there, no one left, and took over 30 minutes past appointment time for them to call me back! I waited 45 minutes in the back before they started working on me! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! Not all Aspen Dentals are this way- drive somewhere else (you will save time)!!
Friendly, thorough comprehensive exam. Informative, good communication. Session was slow. In office 2.5 hours to get a tooth pulled. Overall pleased with service.
They got me in fast and fixed my problem. Everyone was friendly and make me feel comfortable. I will be back again because of this visit.
