First, I just want to say that I have never felt more comfortable in a dentist office before visiting Aspen Dental- S. Glenstone. Everybody that helped me was amazing! I truly mean it! They said "they are all family" and you can really feel that. I was super nervous as many people are but that quickly went away. Dr. A is funny, knowledgeable and amazing. Thank you all. I have follow-up appointments with them because they were that good!
My experience here was less stressful than I assumed to be. The doctor was great, and very informative in telling me about the other teeth I already knew were bad. He explained my option, and let me choose. The dental assistant Sydney was also very helpful and was adamant about making sure all of my questions were answered. They extracted my busted tooth so painlessly. I would definitely visit this team again. Thank you all.
0 out of 10 I do not recommend. I'm uncomfortable going to the dentist. So is everyone I know. That includes my wife which is who we were there for. They called her back to see her and we started back then one of the girls tells me that it's their policy that noone goes back but the patient. Fine, but there's no need to be snotty about it. I took an appointment here because it was where I could get an appointment quickly with only 1 days waiting. I needed a tooth extracted, and set my appointment to have that done. However, the initial treatment was only as a check up, with teeth cleaning and the extraction to be done at a later date. I was offered several different services, implants, or bridges, without the extraction being scheduled. Saw them back in December and just finished paying off additional money for a deep cleaning. They contacted me last week saying I had an appointment today and I called and they said it was for a cleaning. As soon as I walk in the door they want $68 from me and haven't even looked in my mouth. In December they first wanted and additional $1300 plus and I told them I couldn't afford that then it went down to $72 🤷.. they got a racket going on just like the rest of the medical professionals.
