So far, I am pleased with my visit. If I had any complaints, it would be a fairly long wait in the office, but I also understand some appointments take longer than planned. I will update after my next appointment.
Very pleased with my care . I avoided dentists for years after an experience but found a very good 👍 very pleasant experience with the staff I had working with me . The Drs. that I had were great the techs I had were amazing . The office staff was very easy to work with and very patient and helpful . The staff at Aspen Dental greets me by name as soon as I walk in. The wait time to see the Dr is very short as well. I'm sorry I don't know the names of the young ladies that seen me before the Dr. came in to see me, but the were very professional and extremely easy to talk to and the one I saw today shared my birthday 🥰 Dr. Terry is the greatest in my opinion he definitely knows what's best but is willing to listen to his patients concerns. Dr. Terry is a 10 out of 5!! Thanks again Aspen 🤗
If I could give 0 stars I would. They are crooks and con artists. They refused to provide the services I requested and instead stated I had to do a $400 gingivitis treatment and get a $200 toothbrush before they would "consider" cleaning my teeth. I got up and left (even asked the lady at checkout how much I owed to which she replied nothing it is all covered). I went and got a second opinion that afternoon and surprise I did not have gingivitis and I got the routine exam/cleaning I sought. To top it off, they also say I owe... read more

The Attorney General’s Office announced a $3.5 million settlement with Aspen Dental Management, Inc. (Aspen Dental) resolving claims that the dental chain cheated thousands of consumers. 2.
