The staff member that called to confirm my first appointment was very nice, I was very hopeful. I schedule my appointment on a Saturday due to my work schedule and family care obligations. I received confirmation email. Things were on point. Then, on the morning of, I received a message, which I didn’t get to hear until noon, that my appointment was being moved up by almost two hours, which would have been noon, and if I could not attend there would be a need to reschedule. Very courteous and helpful. They continue to work with me to get everything done right. I am confident that I will be completely satisfied when we finish the work being provided to restore my aging teeth. They are quick to schedule me as needed and Dr. Perez and staff are working hard to satisfy my dental needs at a reasonable price.
Don't trust the billing at all, got the quote and everything for invisalign got the credit card to pay for the quote. Still paid for the office charge when I went in and even though I didn't get my last retainer I somehow still owe $800 and it's for like cleaning every time i went in which they had me to caused they messed up the bracket thing which was supposed to be quoted on the card. Nice people there but I won't ever go back since they can't even be upfront with pricing.
Had a toothache. Arrived 15 minutes before scheduled appointment as requested. Waited almost an hour past my appointment time before they took me back. The dentist came in the room, looked at my tooth, then walked out. Assistant came back in the room and said they didn't have time to help me today and needed to reschedule my appointment. They would have had time if they had been running on time. Got sent away in pain. Most everyone was nice, but will never go back.
I had such a great experience at Aspen dental.All the staff is wonderful. I have to say Dr Perez s absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend her! She makes you feel very comfortable and takes care of you, you can tell she genuinely cares about her patients and goes above and beyond to make sure they are well taken care of.
