Thanks Aspen for a great first day experience. The professionalism at Aspen Dental in Covington made me extremely happy that I chose them for my dental needs. There was one professional there that stood out more than the rest of the staff and her name was Rachel. She greeted me with smiles and a great professional chair side demeanor. Very awesome team! My first appointment today and they all were very kind and made you feel very welcomed. Friendly environment. Also they did a really good job helping me with my teeth issues. Alot of good information given today. Learned some as well.
Each visit that I have had has always been a pleasant one I wouldn't trust anyone else with such a job. From the moment I arrived, the staff was helpful and friendly. I was seen at the exact time of my appointment which is not the usual scenario in healthcare. My dental assistant Ava, was the most patient, friendly and supportive person in healthcare I have experienced in a very long time. Her upbeat personality and apparent love of her job is uncommon today. After my consult with the office manager, I made my appointment to have the dental work done the same day. I HIGHLY recommend the Aspen Dental Clinic in Covington.
