Based on the reviews, I decided to give Aspen Dental a chance to service me. The environment along with the staff was welcoming. I was handled with care and kindness. I enjoyed discussing my total dental care. The team was very efficient from checkin to checkout.I wasn’t blindsided by the cost. I have decided to allow Aspen Dental-Tucker to handle my future dental services.
What this place does to its patients - I don't even see how it's legal. They are not only incompetent but cruel. Tooth extractions and dentures are traumatic enough without a dentist who doesn't communicate, reschedules appointments with no notice, runs out of materials with no notice, and basically ABUSES its patients. What my partner has been through is a literal horror story. And what really sucks is that there are very few local places to get dentures. Please do not give them your money.
This dentist office is amazing! I haven’t been to the dentist unfortunately for 15 years and everyone made me feel really comfortable about my teeth. The assisted manager shared her past experience which comforted me about mines. Much appreciated. She didn’t have to do that. Came in for my first dental cleaning and examination of the year. Staff was very charming and helpful. Loved the friendly conversation with everyone I interacted with. However, they seemed very short-staffed, as my appointment was over 2 hours long for a standard cleaning and exam. My biggest criticism is about the facility itself. From the time I entered the office to the time I left, I felt each care member had my interest at heart. The office atmosphere is light-hearted, warm and professional. I to am associated with the healthcare field. It was refreshing to observe team member respect each other and the clients. Everyone seemed very knowledgeable of the duties. I recommend Aspen Dental-Tucker to everyone.
