I can’t say enough good things about this place! I went in, had my impressions done than came back the next week to have all my upper teeth pulled. They took the time to check and made sure everything was numb before they started pulling my teeth. Alison is an absolutely amazing dentist! The staff were very attentive and informative to me as a new Aspen Dental patient. I was, however, disappointed in the finance department. I was approved for credit towards my denture purchase, but after returning to the finance person they had lost my progress on the afford and I was denied credit the second time filling out the application. Now I will not be able to afford the dentures that I wanted.
Let me start off by saying, I have a huge Dentist phobia. Like haven’t seen one in like 14/15 years since I got my braces off. I am a constant teeth grinder/clincher. Seen my MD & got 2 different medications before I made the decision I had to see a dentist. Everyone is very polite. And I mean kind & comforting seeing my discomfort. Not a bad experience over all. Friendly staff. Was there from 4 to about 6:15. They do only have one hygienist currently which made the wait a little longer than i had hoped. But they were courteous and answered any questions i had. They walk you through any procedures from beginning to end. I will keep using this place.
My entire experience with Aspen Dental in Middlesboro, KY. was a blessing. I had broke a tooth Sunday on a piece of candy, Monday morning I was able to get on line and schedule an appointment with no problems. All Office staff were very helpful in checking me in. All the technicians were very professional. The doctor was very helpful in giving me all the options and no pressure and spent time explaining each detail.
