All of the staff was excellent! The dentist and her assistants always made sure that I was comfortable during all of my procedures. I would recommend Aspen Dental in Poinciana, FL if you are looking for Dental work.
Ive been coming here for approximately 2 years plus. I work in the trades, so I know what it means to take pride in the work you do. The staff there from front desk all the way to the DR, are very professional & take the time to explain what it is you have and your options for care. The hygienists here have always been awesome and on my last visit Polyana was the epitome of awesomeness. Went above and beyond on my cleaning and I couldnt be more happy. Definitely recommend this location.
The receptionist and the assistant were very nice, but the woman who checked my teeth made me feel like she didn't believe the problem i am having with a root canal the doctor did. This tooth started bothering me shortly after i had the procedure. I called about two months after the procedure and explained that the teeth didn't feel right, uncomfortable and moving funny. My first visit was very relaxing and I wasn’t nervous about being seen. This office personnel was so pleasant and very professional. I never am pleased when I have gone to the dentist in prior years, but I have to honestly say, I will continue with this office. It was such a great experience to go to Aspen dental in Poinciana the whole staff is courteous and professional. Especially the Dentist that took care of my needs !!! She was kind and fixed my dental problem right away. I will certainly use her for my dentist !!! 5+
