First let say, The Harvey, Marrero Office Team- I have some work to be done. So of course my anxiety level was off the chain. So Today was my first appt. The dental office was nice, modern and very clean. The receptionist was attentive and cordial and personable. After sitting for a little bit, she updated and indicated it would be 5 mins until they would call me to the back. Then this cool lady Asia comes to get me and of course my heart beating as this point … no lie. She did my ex rays and explain ever step of the way. No judgement. Afterwards, I met with Dr. Terry. I felt very comfortable with him and they both were very thorough and explained the plan to give me the greatest smile. Afterwards , I was relieved , I’m glad I made the decision to go today and I ended up with a good team. Next I met with the office Manager, Ms. Taylor, we discussed my financial plan, set the appointments and I was out the door. Let me say, I left there excited about my planned treatment and will keep you updated. Dr. Terry also stated he would have my smile together by my birthday. That meant a lot because he let me know he was listening to me. Thank you. DL

My experience at Aspen Dental was amazing. The whole staff was friendly and understanding. They made me feel comfortable and were willingly to go above and beyond to help me understand the process. I would definitely recommend them. They are absolutely fantastic.
