Had a wonderful appointment at the Kenner office! Each person I worked with, from check-in to x-rays to the actual exam, was friendly and comforting, and made sure I understood each thing that was happening. Dr. Lafont was honest about the dental issues I was facing, and made me feel so much better about our plan to address those issues. Can't recommend these folks highly enough!
I went in very nervous. The entire staff from start to finish made me extremely comfortable and welcomed. I have been working to improve my oral health and the dentist recommended everything that could get me to wear I want to be! I love that they offer Saturday appointments as well. Very satisfied with my experience at Aspen Dental!
Dr Lafont and the entire Aspen Dental staff were super friendly and put me at ease (going to the dentist can be nerve wracking!). The appointment itself was stress free and painless. Definitely recommend !
The experience I had with the front desk person who became irate with me because I asked a question about prices for a separate type of denture than what she was quoting from the beginning, overshadowed the good experience that I had at this facility. I have to say that the other representative named Taylor made a big difference in how I felt when I left the facility. If i can Give 0 stars i would! Company is horrible! I needed two root canals, i have 3 insurances! I paid my remaining balance out of pocket! I was Supposed to have my second crown put on in November! The office manager cancelled it because of an unpaid balance for a cleaning! The unpaid balance which was supposed to be covered by my insurance if only they had responded to the letter my insurance company sent. My insurance company said they sent them the letter 3 times and they never responded! I told them this in December! ... read more
