Very happy of their service and friendliness. I went in there as a first time patient was able to get my x-rays done .Mariah was very knowledgeable and explained everything very well. Even more happy 😊 when I was told that I could get my clean my teeth cleaned that same day. With such a busy schedule that we all have I really didn't want to make another appointment just for my cleaning I'm a person that likes to get things done that same day.
First time patient love the vibe! The whole staff was wonderful! Very gentle and comforting atmosphere. Very clean spacious and comfortable. Normally people are nervous when seeing a dentist but let me tell there is no need to be nervous! This staff of awesome! You'll love the experience!!!
Great customer service! The gentleman in the front made the appointment process quick and effective. The dental assistant I had today out of all my years coming to Aspen was by far the best one yet! I was able to do X-rays without having my mouth cut open she was amazing!!! From the hygienist to the doctor they were both very informative, gentle and very friendly. Not to include always very helpful with pricing and payment information.
The staff was super friendly and helpful! The dentist was super sweet as well. After having a horrible dental experience to coming here has really changed my perspective. Bummer they didn’t take my insurance but they had a payment plan and got me approved in less than a minute! Def recommend and def coming back ..
Very dissatisfied with the service here. I went in for a toothache but was taken in for all kinds of x-rays that they did NOT get approved by my insurance leaving me with a $160 bill!! They told me “don’t worry” the x-rays are free. The dentist said my tooth had to be extracted which was going to cost over $800. I went to a different dentist who said I only need a cap and it doesn’t need to be extracted. My advice is Don’t go to Aspen for any dental issues. They can’t be trusted.
