I was terrified of dentist I have had horrible experiences with some. I had recently visited the Aspen Dental in Kenosha Wisconsin, I got the run around for about a month after they had me waiting the first two times in their office for about an hour and half and was not attended too, I went to aspen dental in Gurnee Illinois and was treated right away by Goran Lazic and he made me feel very comfortable and he was very patient and did an awesome job cleaning my teeth, assistant manager Geo was very helpful and main manager P... read more
If it could be -1 I would rate them at that. First off I had an appt at 11:30am at which receptionist told me I didn't have my dental card assuming I had state benefits and never verifying my information denied my appt and ask me to come back at 430pm. I retuned only to tell receptionist again that BlueCross BlueShield PPO medical and dental card is the same, no apology for my time wasted. Lastly they tried to scam me and my insurance for over $6,000 of work on what COULD happen in the future and I only came to have a lose ... read more
I had to cancel and reschedule my cleaning appointment several times. They were very kind and understanding about it. They make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Highly recommend this Dental office.
I had my first dental cleaning with my hygienist Goran. Absolutely amazing experience. I was nervous at first as it was my first time at the dentist but he walked me through every step and made sure i was comfortable. He's very friendly and reassuring
For Aspen Dental I want to give five stars to Latoya, she was amazing at getting my x-rays done I was kind of nervous and she kept me calm and she knew I was nervous so she kept talking to me kept laughing with me she was very professional she's amazing she's like I added addition to their staff and I hope they recognize the importance of who she is because she was amazing to me and I thank God for her and the staff at Aspen Dental.
