Great experience. The entire staff was professional and courteous. Doctor Sadda performed oral surgery and extracted a broken tooth. He was exceptional. Explained procedure in detail and performed the extraction with very little pain. I could not be more satisfied. Wonderful office and outstanding oral surgeon.
I'm a total baby when it comes to dentists...I'm allergic to pain. From the time I checked in at the front desk, I was totally put at ease. They explained everything they were going to do. After seeing the heigenist, the dentist was very informative and gave me her recommendations, leaving the choice totally up to me. The options were explained and prices discussed. Financing was available if I chose it. A very friendly and professional staff. So glad I chose aspen dental.
They are understaffed and will do everything possible as far as a procedure to be able to bill the insurance company. I wanted a simple cleaning after having undergone x-rays and new fillings and a deep cleaning of the full mouth in August of 2023. After spending over an hour and a half there today, I never did have my teeth cleaned. Dr. Sadda completed my wisdom tooth extraction. The whole process was quick and to the point. My experience was painless other than some minor pinching during the local anesthesia administration, which is to be expected. He was friendly and reassuring when I voiced my worries about the surgery which helped ease my initial anxiety. He and his assistant were able to extract all of my wisdom teeth using local anesthesia so I was awake for the whole process. I had a great experience at this location. I arrived early and got all the "paperwork" on the tablet done super quick. I was having pain caused by an "old" wisdom tooth. After the initial teeth consultation they removed my wisdom tooth the same day! The team did a great job.
