They made my daughter's first dentist visit the best experience! Scheduling was super easy, the staff was amazing, and they explained everything as we went along. My daughter is already excited for her next visit. Shout out Mrs. Lauren!
I picked up my dentures (full set) today, and there are NO WORDS adequate enough to express how happy and satisfied I am with them! The ENTIRE office staff was helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure that I LOVED my new teeth, and I ABSOLUTELY do! I had forgotten what it felt like to smile, but the team at Aspen Dental Lafayette were able to give me "something to smile for", and that's exactly what I will do for many years to come! Thanks Aspen Dental for literally CHANGING MY LIFE!
The visit was fine and everyone was very nice. My only issue is that I went in with a broken tooth and I was told they would not be able to fix until a week later. I was also told that o needed the teeth cleaning before the tooth could be fixed with the crown. I really don’t feel that broken front should be allowed to stay in fixed for a weeks time.
Hi my Husband Kerry MOORE had an appt for today at 4:30 pm 11/20/2023 upon arriving at the facility at 3pm got their a lil bit early was told no appt was scheduled for today and that we would have to reschedule which the worker did for 12/21/2023 which he is so upset cause we come from out of town to go to the visit and to get their and she say she doesn’t have anything in the system for him is so disappointing .Could someone tell me how could this happen ? Management can you please explain this to me ?
Aspen Dental in Lafayette is the best office ever. Amazing doctors and amazing staff. I would highly recommend this office to anyone. Out of all 7 offices I worked at (all private offices), Aspen is the very best. We are very professional and we love our patients. 🩵🩵🩵
