I saw them today 1-3-2024. I was shocked how the operation functioned. The crew is very skilled and professional. I saw many rooms. I got X-rays 360 degree of my mouth and each tooth. I got put in alot of rooms. Dentist very thorough. Showed I need revision on root canals and why. He does not do that. I left and put in waiting room to wait for my next appt. In take staff, Dental Tech (Jasmine) and Dentist were all very professional, prompt and thorough in the execution of their duties. I would recommend the North Augusta office for anyone looking for a good dental experience.
The staff are excellent. I use Jasmine for my teeth cleaning. She is very personable and gentle with procedure. Dr. Kay is my personal dentist. The environment is pleasant. I will continue with Aspen Dental for future maintenance. I would recommend this clinic.
Dr. Key was professional and I'm pleased with the work performed on my teeth. His assistant Stacy was personable and made me feel at ease during the procedure. Great job!
First time there. My dog managed to destroy my partial bridge. Some locations can make new ones onsite but this office does not, but thought they did. So my journey was not completed that day. However the entire staff were very helpful and very friendly, which is greatly appreciated. So I return in January to have impressions made and my new partial built.
