Soooo I don’t do the dentist. I haven’t been in years and wouldn’t have gone back had it not been for the friendly faces and kind people behind them. I have some teeth that need some love and I fully trust they have my best interest at heart. That they are willing to make sure that I am comfortable with the plan of attack. I’ll keep you all posted!
Aspen Dental was great! There was only one dentist there so service was a little bit slow, but that's understandable. They were all super friendly, from the dental assistant to the hygienist to the dentist. I went in to figure out what my options were to fix a tooth that had a crown fall off of it. After doing his exam, the dentist went over all my options to fix my tooth. First time visit was a great experience! All staff was so knowledgeable and showed us such kindness. They thoroughly discussed my dental plan and why I needed it. Exceptional customer service!
Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. The office Mgr Maggie is rude arrogant very unfriendly. Does not listen to patient. After all that's who furnishes the funds to pay for her poor job. If there was a zero star I would choose it. But shout out to the awesome staff in the office. They deserve 5 stars. No recommendation here.
I am SO grateful for the staff that worked on 12/22/2023; the receptionist, hygienist, and dentist (I'm so sorry I forgot the names... All the stress. Feel free to tag yourselves!). I'm visiting from out of state and broke a tooth the day before. I showed up and met friendly people who worked to get me in after a cancellation. It was fast, affordable, and I'm able to spend the holidays stress free after my extraction. 5 stars!
