I have only been once and we came up with a game plan for what I need to do. The nurse was super friendly and understanding that I had my baby. The dentist was really nice and when I explained the struggles I had during pregnancy, he ensured me that he could fix my teeth from the acid eating them away. So, just a moment ago, I took my mother who has dementia that I am caregiving for to her dental appointment at Aspen Dental. The lady at the front desk told me that I owe $2500 for today’s visit. (My mother does not have any dental insurance at all and we pay cash out of our pocket.) My daughter, husband, and I all go to this location. Dr. Pella is great with my 8 year old and he’s also nice to have as our dentist. He has saved me money on dental work many times, so even though I go to a pediatric dentist if it’s beyond his capabilities, I always take her back to him. All of the hygienists I’ve had have also been really awesome. Friendly staff and always up front about visit costs which I also appreciate!
The staff & dentist were professional, friendly & knowledgeable. Everyone made me feel comfortable & explained my treatment in full detail. My appointment went well & I was treated with respect & care. Thank you Aspen Dental, I will highly recommend your services to family & friends.
Really disappointed in this Aspen Dental location for its poor customer service and response to their short-handed staffing. I was supposed to get my first dental cleaning of the year in February, then they call to inform me they need to push it to April because they don't have as many dental hygienists. I was ok with that because I understand incidents happen, but then I receive a call again in April regarding the same matter and my next appointment wouldn't be till late May.
