this is honestly the first time I thought about walking out of a doctors office and my first time writing a negative review - that’s how bad my experience was. My frustration started when I went in for an appointment and, after doing xrays, was left in an exam room alone for 25 minutes, waiting for the doctor. The staff at the Woodstock Aspen Dental office is fantastic, everyone there is extremely nice, very helpful and very professional. I went to Aspen Dental to have many teeth extracted and to replace them with dentures, and thanks to Dr. Lee who is absolutely wonderful both procedures couldn't have gone any better. The extraction was almost pain free and my dentures fit beautifully and look amazing. Thank you to the entire staff at Woodstock Aspen Dental for giving me a much better quality of life.
My family member went in for severe tooth pain. They immediately recommended dentures and ignored the tooth. They gave us antibiotics and said we will schedule an appointment in the future for an oral surgeon. We went to another dentist and they were very concerned and pulled the tooth out the same day as it was extremely infected. The whole experience felt like being with a used car salesman. Rather go to a family owned dentist rather than a chain.
Professional caring informative kind patient—absolutely outstanding staff who all work together as a team! I was very impressed with that and the results of an impeccable amazing smile…..can’t say enough about the crew at Aspen Dental-Woodstock, Il.
Dr. Kim has been the kindest dentist I’ve had in a long time. She listened to my concerns, was extremely gentle during the procedure, and has responded to all my questions/issues after the fact. I would definitely recommend this place.
