Aspen Dental, where to begin. First I would like to say that I barely have any teeth left do to Diabetes & its abuses. I made an appointment online & shortly after received a call to confirm for the next day, WOW. Went to appointment today, 2/23/24, the Staff & Doctor are amazing, kind, and most importantly they care. Now I'm getting dentures from this office and can't be happier. 1. Overcharged me by $300+ And had to get my insurance to call them and sort that out. 2. After my last final payment which I confirmed was my last final payment with the billing associate, I received another $230+ bill which I again disputed and the billing associate otp stated that I magically now have no pending balance. Go figure. 3. Aspen Dental draws you in for their convenience but they will send bills to see if you’ll be dumb enough to pay it without inquiring. Had an amazing deep cleaning. Noticed the difference within my teeth immediately after. The staff was very nice and welcoming. They were also understanding to my financial hardship and facilitated my experience to be able to get the deep cleaning done.
My Omi (grandmother in German) had such an amazing experience at this establishment. She has nothing but good things to say. Every person who works there that she came in contact with was the sweetest person ever. I came in looking for a dentist as a walk in. I was really nervous, but Lily made me feel at ease and made me feel comfortable. The staff is amazing too! I really like Aspen Dental Pines. I will definitely be back for more work.
