My visit was the best.. everyone there was very nice and polite.... I had some smiles and laughs.. and didn't feel no discomfort about smiling. Everyone was motivating and they the extra mile to making u feel comfortable. Highly recommend this place to anyone.
This place gave me great service and even though i was a walk-in they assisted me quickly. They asked important questions and provided me with good advice and helpful prescriptions whilst i await my surgery date. My only concern was the wait times toward the end of my appointment. Aside from that it was a great experience !!
I had an appointment 3/19 and was seen examined, x-rays were taken, and was told all the medical care that needed to be taken. Upon exit the clerk was too busy to schedule my follow up and I was told they would call me the following day with appointment information. Two days later I call to find out what was happening and was told that she could not find my information and that she would have her manager call me. First visit to the Towson location and it was a very pleasant experience. The entire staff knew their role and talked me thru every step to ensure I was comfortable and understood what was being done. Questions and concerns I had were answered fully. The technology used was top of the class. This was a full consult with a treatment plan put in place for the next visit. Highly recommend!
It was a good experience. I was able to get an appointment the next day after l found them on line. Tech staffs were very friendly. Although you may have to wait a little longer than expected. It was because they were very busy. Be patience. Better than wait a whole month sometimes to get an appointment with your dentist. They were able to schedule my procedure the following week and l am thrilled. Very detailed information about my procedure. I am glad l found this place.
