The owner, Dr. Joseph Formanek is the most rude, disrespectful, unprofessional dentist I've EVER dealt with. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. He walked out on me in the middle of surgery and had his staff come tell me he wasn't going to finish my work. My implants were paid in full 6 months prior, and I waited patiently for this day just to end up having to find another dentist to complete my work. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE read through all the negative reviews on this office. They're most definitely true. The owner, Dr. Joseph Formanek is the most rude, disrespectful, unprofessional dentist I've EVER dealt with. They are overpriced money hungry vultures. Once they get your money, you'll wait months with terrible uncomfortable temporary dentures, and they will cancel on you once it's time to get your implants. I wish someone had warned me before I spent $15,000 with this place. I can literally cry right now...😢
The staff was so pleasant and professional. They explained all of my options, they were very interested in my feelings and my needs and they didn't make me feel like I was being rushed into making a decision right away. I would recommend anyone to go to Aspen Dental if you want a very caring experience.
Absolutely the worst dental appointment I've had. I went in so they could look at a painful chipped tooth and I told them up front I couldn't afford anything else and just wanted my painful tooth pulled. They did a full exam and told me everything that was wrong. I needed $7000 worth of work done which was fine but again I told them I couldn't afford it and that I only wanted the one tooth pulled at this time. What a joy to finally find an office that listens and lets the patient decide which option is best for you. From the time I started working with them they have accommodated my special needs.
