This visit was exceptional in all ways. The receptionist greeted me promptly and with a smile. My hygienist greeted me by my name and when i was seated explained what procedures were planned. She described each procedure in advance to let me know what to expect. Each staff member was pleasant and welcoming. A great visit!
Was not hard to get an appointment. staff very friendly and courteous . It's very high tech. Didn't care for the PPO dentist . I asked for service I wanted at my age and affordable . He tells me that He's not going to do it and offered something much higher or get another opinion. If I was younger yes but the price is way to high even with insurance So I went somewhere else.
Super friendly and listened to my needs and wants. Didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. This is the 4th dentist that I've gone to before deciding to do the major work that needs done. I felt like the treatment plan they came up with was best for ME. Not their own bank account. Recommended this place to a family member 2 days after my visit.
Everyone at the Florissant location were great. The hygienist Rhonda was very gentle during my cleaning and X-rays. Doctor Mann was knowledgeable and helpful when it came to diagnosing what was wrong with my tooth. Will definitely be back! Recommend to anyone!
They are amazing. They take last minutes walk in appts and help you figure out what is the best care you can afford to get the perfect smile you need. Also, the Dr.Neetet was awesome and make you feel like you can gain your smile confidence again. I had came there today for the first time and the staff made me feel like family and I felt that i could put my trust in there hands. They help me on other levels thst doctors I have see.
