Had an appointment yesterday with the hygienist and she is a gold digger. Stay away from this place people. She refused to do regular cleaning and wanted me to get deep cleaning first since I'm new customer and new in Tennessee. Their bill was $2600. I have no cavity, no swollen gums, no gums bleeding, and no problems with my teeth. I used to get my teeth cleaning few times a year in California with no problems.
I went not 8 months ago and had a problem with not one but 2 fillings Aspen Dental so called fixed . One of the fillings came out in 8 months. They charged me to re fix a tooth they had done got paid for . One of the fillings had a hang spot on it my floss was getting stuck on when they first done the tooth and was never fixed properly . They charged me to again to file a spot off that tooth also that had done been paid for . Would I recommend them NO I WOULD NOT . It was nice that they were able to get my husband in the same day to glue his dentures back together, along with the exam only costing $19 dollars versus the $260 it normally is. However, the hygienist has an attitude and rushed through her part of the exam, which made my husband very uneasy and stressed out (not everyone is comfortable at dentist). Excellent people and service from the time I entered until he time I left everyone was so nice and caring. The dental hygienist and the doctor were also so very nice and made sure I was good and numb before my procedure and constantly asking if I was doing ok. I highly recommend them for any of your dental needs.
If you have embarrassment about your teeth and anxiety about seeking dental treatment this is the place for you. They treat you with dignity kindness and concern. They were gentle and made sure my pain was as minimal as possible. My only regret is that I didn't go sooner. If I had one suggestion it would be that relaxing musical is played. Go to Aspen. You won't regret it.
