I was able to get in very quickly which I appreciated so much. Everyone was very nice. The dentist explained everything thoroughly. My only concern was I went to Ellsworth from Bangor because there were no openings in Bangor where I could be seen on short notice. I decided to continue with treatment at Aspen Dental because my dentist didn't offer the services I needed. They were going to refer me somewhere else and I could get everything done at Aspen Dental. Great experience at Aspen Dental today. My crown fell off and I needed a dentist to place back on. I was a walk-in and they worked me into their schedule as an emergency visit. I was in and out in less than an hour with my crown back in place. Quick and easy. Kind and helpful staff. Dr. Ghanem was great! Will definitely return in the future if needed.
Everyone (reception, dentist, assistant, hygienist, etc!) was so incredibly nice and thorough. I’m not always familiar with insurance or appointment processes and they fielded my many questions professionally and kindly. The woman who went over my treatment plan was incredibly caring and it honestly took me by surprise - I am used to medical offices being very dismissive. The whole place operates as a well oiled machine and I’m grateful for the positive experience.
My first appointment went great! They did x-rays, they took me back. They looked at my gum and my Teeth health and set up the “game plan.” The first appointment was free, and then after they made a “ Game plan” For me, I went out to registration and they explained insurance what I would be expected to pay for my next appointment and then we set up my next appointment. It went great!
