The inpatient experience was great, and we had been there over an hour. Dr Ebersole was very thorough. My mom is 92, so I asked them to call me with their recommendations. After 4 weeks and 3 calls to have them call me, I have yet to receive a call. So we will be taking our business elsewhere!!! Thanks for NOTHING!
Just Amazing! The staff was so inviting and made everything so comfortable throughout the entire visit. I got a game plan for the whole set, got a great cleaning an 2 more check-ups an I'm back to where I was in my Teens unbelievable..
It started out well enough and was getting work done but then one office manager had told me that I needed to come up with extra money for a cleaning service that was not on the plan, I told her that I would have to wait for a bit because I didn't have the money at the time. When I got the money, I went in and tried to get an appointment and was told that the manager would have to call me. I waited for almost two weeks and nothing. Had really good experiences in the beginning. Their system was having problems for awhile but everything was going good. They told me my insurance paid everything except 3,000 and so I paid that but now they're saying I owe another 3,000. And they never said anything about an outstanding balance until my last appointment, and they said I won't get my permanent dentures until I pay the outstanding balance. After already paying what they assured me was all I needed to pay for it all from beginning to end. Don't quite recommend... read more
