RecommendedI received a bill for my annual checkup that included charges from a checkup 2 years ago. Those charges were covered by the excess funds in my account. On more than one occasion, I was asked to pay before my insurance was billed. Later, insurance is considered, and overpayment is added to my account and applied to future purchases. Great staff, but need to bill insurance before me, and avoid taking my money.
had a hard time getting me numb, they were so patient. they worked with me to make sure so I would have no pain the doctor is wonderful. would recommend him anytime.

I had a very thorough exam. From the front desk to the X-ray technician, Doctor and the explanation of costs and insurance coverage was clearly explained kindly and professionally. They were prompt with my appointments. So far I want to acknowledge Ashley, Libby, Jan and most of all Dr Chong. I do not know the names of the young ladies up front yet but they were pleasant and provided any information or answered questions if needed. I’m glad I chose Aspen Sental in Shallotte.

My appointment was Thursday 5/26 at 6pm. From the receptionist to the dental assistant and the Dr. Have never meet a nicer group of people. I was taken right on time and was made comfortable. Highly recommend the Shallotte office!

Everyone there is friendly and they go above and beyond taking care of your needs! The doctors are amazingly great at what they do !anyone that needs a dentist and are afraid to go you need to go here!!! It will change your outlook on going to the dentist!!!
