I broke a tooth on Christmas Eve & was very uncomfortable for several days. Aspen Dental took me on as a new patient in the week between Christmas & New Years when my previous dental office was closed, Xrayed the tooth & did a temporary filling, & have scheduled a crown for the tooth. The entire staff was very competent & professional. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental.

Bills me for charges from 2 years ago out of the blue. And, did not bill insurance for services before presenting me with the cost. Amy overpayment is added to my account and applied to future purchases. Great staff, but need to bill insurance before me, and avoid taking my money.
Go somewhere else. Confirmed appointment. When arrived was told I did not have an appointment.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I called on Wednesday inquiring about a new patient appointment due to severe dental pain for DAYS. They were able to schedule me on Friday. Today (Thursday) I received a text to confirm the appointment, which I tried to do via the link but the link was incorrect. At 330pm I saw a voicemail from 130pm that stated I must verbally confirm. So I immediately call back to confirm my 930am appt tomorrow (Friday). Upon calling back I find out they have CANCELED my appointment and want to reschedule ... read more
