Please save your time and go elsewhere. I did appreciate the friendly service, however, during my appointment I felt like it was a business transaction rather than a dental appointment. They wanted to do a deep cleaning on me after explaining a wasn’t a “candidate” for a normal cleaning. Felt like they were just trying to take my money since most insurances only cover regular cleanings. Will go elsewhere and I will never recommend this corporation.
I’m only giving 2 star because the xray tech was outstanding. The dentist is NOT in touch with reality at all and treats you like SHE is paying for your care and SHE is the boss. When a patient comes in pain it is your job to do everything you can to alleviate that pain. But instead she sends you off in pain with a referral to a specialist who can’t even get you in for a consultation for two weeks. I’ll NEVER EVER do business with this heartless place again. BEWARE
This was the best experience at the dentist I ever had. It was not crowded and there was a short wait. The front desk had me fill out some paperwork since I had never been there before. Everything went very smoothly from x-rays to the examination. I had lost a crown two days ago and they put on a temporary or provisional crown. This turned out to be a good choice since my regular dentist is closed weekends and Mondays. I would strongly recommend Aspen Dental to anyone looking for competent and timely service.
I appreciate the welcoming environment and the friendly staff at Aspen Dental in Clovis. However, I've noticed a distinct policy here compared to other dental practices. While some dentists have recommended deep hygiene cleaning, it wasn't mandated prior to other dental procedures. Given that deep cleaning isn't covered by my dental insurance, and likely many others', Aspen Dental might consider revisiting this requirement to avoid potential customer attrition.
The staff are really nice and they told me what to expect every step of the way. From the front desk, X-rays assistants and doctor my appointment was completely comfortable and worry free.
