The staff was amazing. They took care of us and they were able to not only work fast, but efficiently and they were friendly as well. They made us feel welcome and they did a good job with our teeth. They also offer payment plan and we were able to afford it. The manager was amazing. Great personality. We had to have a deep cleaning and we were very pleased with it. Thanks so much for your wonderful service. I definitely recommend. We will be back again.
I recently visited Aspen Dental and had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Amin and her wonderful assistant, Beth. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism from the entire staff. Dr. Amin's expertise and gentle demeanor immediately put me at ease, and Beth's assistance was invaluable throughout my visit. The friendly atmosphere made what could have been a daunting experience quite pleasant. I highly recommend Aspen Dental to anyone in need of dental care. Five stars all around!
Great people. Great service worked with me. Made sure I got my mouth fixed. You don't even know everybody was great there. I usually don't like the dentist but these girls and guys were great. Good people treating me like family. Something happened with my insurance. The lady made sure she fought for me instead of just kicking me out. Thank you all
I am not one to write a negative review unless my experience truly warrants it. I will say that the staff was very friendly and kind but this felt like the used car dealership of the dental industry. I wasted an hour of my time on a consultative appointment that didn’t include cleaning my teeth (the whole reason I made the appointment). At the end of the appointment, I was recommended a 2-part cleaning (never heard of this in my life and I’ve been going to the dentist faithfully my entire life). The kicker? Everyone was super nice to me. Even with my horrible dental anxiety, everyone was so kind, patient, and explained everything to me. They helped me figure out a treatment plan, a breakdown of my insurance, and payment plan. I’m really happy that I decided to see them.
