I am so happy I chose Aspen Dental to take care of my dental treatment. The doctors and staff are so accommodating and I'm so pleased about my upper denture fitting. They produce dentures in-office which is a wonderful service with little wait time. Doctor Foster helped me with serious gum pain. He prescribed an oral rinse that did the trick. Staff there are incredibly nice. Raven and Nicole are so people pleasing. I always look forward to seeing these dental professionals. Jim Downey

Everyone at this office is extremely professional when you walk in it's like a breath of fresh air you are welcomed. I'm usually afraid to go to dentists, but the staff turns that around and makes me want to come back.

This was my first experience with Aspen dental, and possibly my last. I will start with the pros... 1. They have a beautiful office with a very friendly staff. 2. They were following covid safety and everything was very clean, and cleaned after use. 3. They were extremely thorough. 4. The hygienist makes your next cleaning appt, so checkout is a breeze. DO NOT GO HERE. This place is a complete rip off. I have a very good dental insurance and somehow ended up paying over $100 out of pocket with no explanation, very shady business they run here.

I have now had a second horrendous experience at an aspen dental location. My visit today was particularly unbelievable in terms of customer service and down right humane treatment. The main doctor I met with today dr Geoffrey refused to fix a denture for me that was bought and paid for by his business he then refused to send in the medication for the sores and scabs forming from the original job they did which left me with unrepairable physical pain, mental trauma and an unfixable smile for the rest of my life. I went to Aspen Dental to have dentures done they were done incorrectly. They only gave you a six-month period to redo because of Covid and surgery. I was not able to get back there within the six months. I've been going back-and-forth from those two years now and they do not fit, the dentist at the Boynton Beach office said they were done incorrectly the owner of the Delray and Boynton Beach office Dr. GRISSEE Said he would not we make them without a charge I feel this is unfair and unkind I would not recommend them at all.

Do not go for emergency treatment, I went for a chipped tooth and they refused to treat me because I didn't want a cleaning and a million other services. very insulting and waste of time.

Went to aspen dental to get a tooth pulled and wanted a implant put back in and the young dentist told me that what I needed was a partial denture put back in so I would have teeth on both side of my mouth on bottom back.Know I would not be good with that because its hard for me to do that and would have issues with it which I did.Went back to have my temporary partial denture relined and the dental assistant told me to get use to them that was it.Aspen dental does not check your insurance to see if you are covered for the s... read more

This place is worth negative stars. They opened it to recover the cost of new fancy looking office so every person goes in has to come out with at least $500 -$1000 worth of cost treatments whether you go of normal routine exam with or without any complain. They rip off your insurance completely in them name of deep cleaning/gum cleaning. Whether you go with 4 family members or 1, everyone will need treatment as per their dentist.
