I entered the doors of this Aspen Dental clinic with one mind-set - Everyone in the clinic was extremely professional was personable and made me feel comfortable. By the time I walked out, I went a whole different route with my original mind-set and believe I will be happier once it's all done. I'd not been as intent on my dental care as I needed to in the past few years. I wasn't scolded or repeatedly told how important dental care is. Christy and Kym worked well as a team to provide me with the best care possible. They complemented each other both in their technique and patient care rituals. They were engaging and empathetic, and their chair-side manner was most excellent. The finance department worked with me in order to find a solution best suited for my budget. Way to go, Aspen!
To be honest, I don’t know why it’s negative reviews on here. From the time I came in, got in the ex- ray chair, to the dental chair, to the office to discuss my plan, back in the chair to get a deep cleaning and getting ready to leave, nothing but nice to me. They kept me smiling and laughing the whole time I was there. Good people. Aspen dental is a good choice. Would I recommend them to others? MOST DEFINITELY. Thanks Aspen see you all tomorrow
I am very upset as I thought great I finally found a great dentist. I like their service but I hate the fact that they made me spend money I did not have on a partial thinking it was the permanent and that did not ever used due to it not fitting. Yes, I have not had the chance to go bad due to my work schedule and so they had not been able to do any adjustments to it. I will say I was a little skeptical at first after reading some of the reviews . But I will say that I had probably one of the best experiences that I’ve ever had when going to the dentist. The staff is wonderful they answered all my questions. They were kind and caring and listen to all of my issues and my concerns that I had and we actually came up with a treatment plan that will actually work. So I’m happy to say that I will definitely be a repeat customer . I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Mesquite. They’re awesome.
