I had a fantastic experience going to Aspen Dental for the first time this week. I had an issue that needed fairly immediate assistance and they were able to get me on their schedule quickly. Every person I encountered while there was kind and great at their job. They called ahead to remind me about my appointment as well as get my insurance info. Absolutely loved being here today!! They were amazing, and non judge mental all. I always was afraid to go to the dentist because I been told the same things over and over again and just handed a bill, but here at this Aspen dental they work out a plan with you and take care of you as a patient really well. The employees are very nice and respectful. I will definitely be coming back!!
I just want to say this was the best experience I've had dealing with dental. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone. The dentist was amazing and so was the staff. Let me start by saying this was the best experience I’ve had from a medical team in a long time. From the staff at the front desk, the dental assistants, the hygienist the billing staff, and last, but not least, the doctor himself. I made an appointment for what I considered to be an emergency, one of my veneers had come loose. I was only coming to town for my son’s surgery, but experienced the loose veneer on the drive down. I had no insurance and an abscess tooth that needed to be taken care of like ASAP. Dr. Albert and his assistant Johnathon were excellent! As was the whole staff from arrival to departure. Also I made this appt online and it was legit all way. I was treated with the same respect as a client with insurance that's a good feeling if you have ever been in my shoes.
