I had just arrived here in FL for vacation and my temporary veneers came off during dinner. The very next morning, Dr. Rodriguez & his team helped get my veneers back on! Everyone was super nice & helpful

DO NOT GO TO ASPEN DENTAL DESTIN. I had a filing replaced and after only one 1/2 years it fell out. I walked into their office today and they took no responsibility in their shitty work. I spoke to the office manager and she said there would be no discount. Even after I explained that I have other fillings from 2014 that are perfectly fine and in tact. She couldn't have cared less. They are just interested in ripping you off. I simply wanted a cleaning and they did all these other things related to my gums. They said they couldn't do a cleaning until my gums were treated - for over $5,000 !!!! I said I couldn't afford that and they dropped the price 4 times as I continued to decline. If it could be done for so much less then why did they start at $5,000? Just a ripoff. I never did get my teeth cleaned by them b/c I wouldn't buy into their scam.

BE AWARE !!!! When I set up my first appointment for an annual check up I asked to make sure the visit is covered by my insurance and I was told that it was. Few months later I received a bill from ASPEN showing my visit was not covered and that I have to pay for it. I broke a filling and part of my tooth off and got suckered in by their cheap consultation. It started off like a normal dental check up but before the dentist came in it they already started trying to sell me on all these treatments like a QVC commercial. Then the dentist comes in and looks at my xrays and immediately starts telling me that not only can he not fix my tooth but ill need an implant and sinus surgery. Will bill you the full amount even when in network and charge difference from allowed amount. STAY FAR AWAY. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

If I could give zero stars I would. This entire company is completely incompetent. Our appointment was canceled 4 times, the office will not release records to our new dentist. They couldn't figure out how to submit our bill to our insurance company. Seriously, go anywhere else.

These people are frauds and have issues with billing their patients, follow along to read what has happened to me and read other 1-star reviews, as they suggest similar experiences. What happened was I got caught by the convenience provided by them in offering an opportunity to schedule a 1st appointment with them not far out compared to other local clinics that only offer months in advance -- this is how I ended up being with them, and that's how many local people end up trapped with them.
