Went in for a wisdom tooth extraction on a Friday and after over an hour of pulling and beating my face and mouth to death dr was unable to extract the full tooth and told me I needed to wait til Monday to see an oral surgeon 45 minutes away to have the remainder of the tooth removed . I went the whole weekend in pain not one call to check on me or my well being. It was a horrible experience. When you have an emergency, you figure you would try and help. The receptionist was not friendly. I had a nerve exposure and they wanted to see me 4 days later. Well I found an amazing dentist in Cranberry that was so kind. The whole staff was. Refresh dental is the way to go! Don’t waste your time with these people! Not friendly or caring.
I am a truck driver. Finding a dentist in a parking lot that will accommodate a 73 foot vehicle is no easy task. I called thier office and was helped in under 10 minutes. Was given an appointment the next day for my dental emergency. I did have to wait as the office was running behind but they gave me, a visitor from another state, the same time and attention they give their local patients. If I am ever in a jam again I will look for one of their locations first.
The Front office staff, Dr and Hygienist were all very nice and very professional. This was a very pleasant dental visit and all of my expectations and concerns were discussed and a care plan was implemented and began the same day. Amazing & Speedy care.
This was stage two for my implants. The surgeon was so nice both times and so was the nurses or dental assistants. I had a pleasant experience. Young ladies at desk when I came was also so nice.
