Such a great experience! New dentures look so natural and beautiful! Staff is wonderful! Friendly, professional and always do their best to accommodate my crazy work schedule. Everyone from reception to the dentists are top notch. Highly recommend!
They are great with patients overall. They were fast and efficient which was very effective. I came in with an emergency situation and they made the payment and actual process to get the work I needed done so easy going. I almost walked out due to the insurance not picking up much I needed but they came up with a payment plan and other ways to help me which got the job done. Now I’m a happy camper.!!!
Everyone from the receptionist to the patient coordinator were accommodating. Though my actual treatment does not start until next week, I was very pleased with the care and concern I received during my first visit. Looking forward to future visit.
Upon arrival, I was greeted by two friendly & warm receptionists. Jada, the confident assistant, escorted me back, instructing me on the process. Dr. Kathryn Chapman was exceptional. I immediately knew I was in the right place! Her welcoming, calm & kind demeanor enabled me to relax and receive my treatment options. This place is the epitome of quality service and efficiency from the Dr’s, Hygenist; assistants and the finance coordinator, very professional staff. They check all the boxes of doing this dental process like a well oiled machine. Keep up the good work Aspen you’re a gold standard in restoring safety and integrity back to an up close and personal experience post the Covid-19 pandemic.
