Very caring, professional staff. Explained procedures in detail and thoroughly reviewed treatment costs. I felt very comfortable through the entire visit and will definitely move forward with my treatment and Aspen dental.
I’m one of the many that is terrified of the dentist. Ive had appointment scheduled for many years and always didn’t show. I finally pulled my big girl pants up and went to this appointment because I knew I desperately need help with my teeth and gums. I’m so happy I did. My experience wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t the best either, the back office staff was pleasant, but at some point when talking to the dentist and although he was professional and pleasant the whole time I felt like I wasn’t believed when I was explaining my issues and pain. Amazing! Had a root canal… scared to death! And they were amazing! Dr. Matt and his assistant were quick and made me feel so comfortable just like the staff at Aspen dental in Cartersville always does
I had an emergency today. I got a same day appointment. I was so nervous! From the time I walked in every person made me feel comfortable! Dr. Patel is super patient-friendly! He took time to explain a few options for treatment and then the office team took time to explore insurance/payment options for each item the doctor and I discussed. They even began my treatment plan before I left! So glad I called Aspen!
