My first experience was good. They took care of my cavity. My second experience: I wanted to make sure my cavity was not getting worse. The man checking my tooth only looked at it, He did not actually use a tool to check the tooth. I did not feel like he actually checked my tooth. This is every important for prevention. some of the dentists they hire do not have sufficient credentials I believe
Made an appointment for a routine cleaning and check up for Saturday. They called to cancel and reschedule my appointment saying they no longer have Saturday appointments , I rescheduled for a Monday with them, assuring me that I would get a cleaning , but they refused to clean my teeth saying the hygienist called off ,I tried to explain this isn’t good seeing how they already rescheduled an appointment and I told them on the phone I can’t come back for multiple visits because of work she then says we will get you a doctors... read more
First off - and this needs to be stated clearly - They do amazing work here and I am absolutely satisfied with the results they delivered. The care was personable - everyone had great "bedside manners" - and being afforded financing to cover what insurance didn't was pretty great. I also liked the fact that I was gifted a fancy toothbrush after my cleaning. My biggest concern was the scheduling process and the punctuality. The dental associates I had was great, ever professional and made me feel really comfortable. The office is clean and it was very easy to make the appointment. The only think I didn't like it's the astronomical prices. Even with my insurance that wanted a car down payment. This is why I hate going to the dentist..nothing against the awesome staff at the Taylor location. They are great!!!!!
Everyone was fantastic. Everyone was polite. They went out of the their way to help me. They were fast. I had X-rays done with care,, great Dentist that explain everything, great hygienist that explain everything and a great explanation meeting after it all. I highly recommend them.
